A proud self-taught chef, Tony has been shaped by teachers and influences from kitchens all over the world, drawing from a wide range of cultures, techniques, and traditions to create truly one-of-a-kind dishes. As the heart behind Eve & Ember Catering, he designs personalized menus that reflect each client’s taste, event style, and budget, ensuring every detail aligns with their vision. Known for his warmth, reliability, and attention to detail, Chef Tony combines refined technique with genuine hospitality.
